Looks like trouble for the creator of 'Love & Hip-Hop' and VH1!
A company by the name of 8th Wonder Entertainment has come forth suing Mona Scott Young, who has gained major notoriety for creating
or not the popular VH1 show 'Love & Hip-Hop' and its spin-off 'Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta'.
The suit claims that the idea was stolen from Trisha Lum and Nicki Lum-Davis. They name original cast member Chrissy Lampin in the suit and state the the original name for the show was "Hip Hop Wives."
Intellectual property is always being stolen in hollywood. I can name a series of personal friends who had this same idea, but we'll see how it turns out.
